The Hunt – The Rajiv Gandhi Assassination Case
India’s former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was killed in a suicide bombing during a public rally in Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, on May 21, 1991. The attack was carried out by a member of the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE). This 7-episode series is a gripping procedural, that focuses on how the Special Investigation Team (SIT) led by able officers, over an intense ninety days, hunts down Rajiv’s killers one by one, culminating in the death of the mastermind of the operation.
